<br />We heeby submit specifications and estimates for the following-
<br />- Pre tare tank: removal applications and process required permits.
<br />- Coordinate hazardous materials inspector, fire depattment, and state
<br />certified laboratory fon- soil testing.
<br />- Pump residual fuel from tanks, disconnect electrical and plumbing,
<br />triple rinse, and provide dry ice in preparation for tank: removal.
<br />- Dispose of residual fuel and rinsate liquids (up to 600 gallons)
<br />as hazardous waste, :..ender- manifest by a licensed hazardous waste
<br />hauler.
<br />- Excavate and remove one (1) 10,000 gallon diesel, one (1) 8,000
<br />gallon motor oil, and two (2) 7,500 gallon diesel underground storage
<br />tanks.
<br />- Provide crane service, load, transport, and dispose of tanks and
<br />miscellaneous equipment per state and local codes.
<br />- Backfill hole with approved material and compact by use of hydraulic
<br />compactor to insure proper compaction.
<br />- Resurface excavated area to match existing grade and gravel sur -facie.
<br />- Clean job site and dispose of debris.
<br />• In the event of contaminated soil, caving, high water -table, or -
<br />add tional work, an estimate shall be given in advance.
<br />• Act;al costs of permits and soil test fees by Owner-.

<br />• If nderground tank: installation is elected, deduct $1,500 for use of
<br />soil for backfill.

<br />We hereby propose to furnish labor and materials complete in accordance
<br />with the above specifications, for the sum of $19,750.00 with payment
<br />to be made as follows: 80% after tank removal, and 20% upon completion.
