Cap all openings except vent pipe and allow minimum and <br /> six hour maximum for oxygen displacement after putting dry ice <br /> Into tank. <br /> Plug or cap all tank openings leaving an 1/8" - 1/4" pressure <br /> relief hole in one cap on top of tank. <br /> Immediately upon removal of the tank a backhoe bucket of native <br /> soil shall be taken from beneth the tank in location and depth <br /> as directed by INSPECTOR. <br /> Respectfully Submitted: <br /> Stan Hust <br />
