The following items on the above closure plans for Atchinson, Topeka, and Santa <br /> Fe Railway Company need to be addressed before the closure plans can be <br /> approved: <br /> A. Supply a detailed site map on a separate sheet of paper, showing the <br /> location of the tanks (s), piping, streets, adjacent properties (including all <br /> utilities). <br /> B. If utilities cannot be located and included on site map, provide a written <br /> statement that USA Dig will be contacted prior to excavation activities. <br /> C. "Authorization to Release Analytical Data" needs to be signed by the <br /> property owner not contractor. <br /> D. Pay back fees, penalties, and state surcharges on both unregistered sites. <br /> (See fee worksheets attached). <br /> E. Provide name and address of site in Bakersfield where petroleum <br /> contaminated soils will be taken. <br /> F. Samples are to be by taken an independent third party sampler and <br /> transported to the lab by sampler. <br /> G.
