The property was sold in September, 1988 . During <br /> that time, my clients did not install the underground tanks on <br /> the property which have recently been removed. In fact, they did <br /> not even know the tanks existed until they were found quite <br /> recently by the current owner who advised them of the situation. <br /> For that reason, they are innocent owners as it relates to <br /> responsibility of the tanks that were removed from 1514 East <br /> Scotts. <br /> 40 is <br />
