Stockton,CA
Dear Ms. Briggs
S3)IMISUAd3d
H11V3H WiMANWAN3
SWicj nr
RaArx4g
LICENSE #683865
Fisch Environmental is submitting this workplan for soil excavation of the former UST location at
2523 E. Scotts Ave.. The soil at this location contains elevated levels of lead which are above
acceptable limits to be left in the ground. The soil that appears to be impacted is the material the
tank installer used as backfill. This material contained old car parts and other miscellaneous debris
which could have contributed to the contamination.
Fisch Environmental is proposing to excavate former UST backfill to the limits of the former tank
excavation and dispose of the this material at a Class I landfill. Once excavation is complete Fisch
Environmental will sample the bottom of the excavation and analyze for lead. The excavation will
then be backfilled and a closure letter will be submitted to your office to obtain site closure.
If there are any questions please contact David Fisch (209) 367-4563
Sin
cerely
Fisch Environmental Construction
1040 W.
