(ARCADIS) has prepared this report on behalf of the Union James Eisert <br /> 1 Pacific Railroad Company(UPRR), which presents the post remediation investigation <br /> results for Biotreatment Beds 1 and 2 at the Former Tracy Maintenance Facility, Phone: <br /> located at 720 East 61h Street in Tracy, California (the Site; Figures 1 and 2). The soil sampling activities were conducted by <br /> ARCADIS on March 15 and 17, 2010, in accordance with the Addendum to the <br /> ' Phase //Field Investigation Work Plan(the Work Plan), prepared by ARCADIS and <br /> dated February 9, 2010 (ARCADIS 2010). The RWQCB approved the Work Plan in <br /> an email to ARCADIS dated February 18, 2010 (RWQCB February 2010 E-mail). <br /> 1 Biotreatment Beds 1 and 2 contain soil that was excavated from the former surface <br /> impoundment, herein referred to as the Toxic Pits Cleanup Act(TPCA; California <br /> 1 Code 2009) pond. <br /> Post-Remediation Investigation Objectives <br /> 1 The objectives of the post-remediation investigation activities presented in the Work <br /> Plan are: <br /> • To evaluate the effectiveness of the excavated and biotreated TPCA pond soil <br /> remaining in Biotreatment Beds 1 and 2 <br /> 1 <br /> 1 Imagine the result <br />
