There are no known water wells or septic tanks <br /> within 500 feet. <br /> CONTRACTOR• <br /> Stockton Service Station Equipment Co. , Inc. <br /> California License No. 309105, Classification: C-61, SA <br /> Workers Compensation certificate attached. <br /> TANK INFORMATION: <br /> 1, 000 gallon capacity, has contained diesel and leaded/unleaded <br /> gasoline over its life. Currently contains diesel. Tank is used <br /> to supply fuel to ignite fires for training purposes. <br /> TESTING LABORATORY: <br /> California Water Laboratory, Modesto. Release form attached. <br /> PRODUCT REMOVAL: <br /> Product will be removed and disposed of by California Recyclers. <br /> VAPOR PURGE: <br /> Dry ice will be used at the rate of one and one-half pounds per <br /> 100 gallons of tank capacity to purge all flammable vapors. <br /> TANK REMOVAL/DISPOSAL: <br /> The tank will be moved to Stockton Service Station Equipment Co. <br /> yard at 808 N. Union Street, Stockton. It will be cut up and <br /> hauled to scrap yard. If possible it will be cut up at the job <br /> site. <br />
