Box 2009
Stockton, CA 95201
Re: May 13, 1993 removal of one 1000 gallon underground storage tank (UST), for Mr.
William Valencia, 3507 Stevens Ave., Stockton, California.
Dear Letitia:
Enclosed, please find a final copy of the Underground Storage Tank Disposition
Tracking Record showing final disposal of Mr. Valencia's UST. Also enclosed is a copy
of Manifest No. 92466191 indicating final disposal of the tank rinseate material. As you
are aware, according to county records, we expected to find two 500 gallon tanks on
Mr. Valencias property, instead, however, we found only one 1000 gallon tank. The
rinse certificate that I provided to you on May 13th was incorrectly modified to indicate
that one 1500 gallon tank was triple rinsed. Upon closer examination, this tank was
found to contain a maximum of only 1000 gallons. The rinse certificate has been
corrected and a copy has been enclosed for your file.
If you should have any questions please feel free to call.
etruly yours
if 1
Tom Shep
Assistant Environmental Manager
P.O.
