The <br />Dameron Hospital has been contacted and they will handle a chemical exposure incident. <br />Proceed east on W Church St. beneath I5 and turn left lnorthl on Lincoln Street, proceed to <br />Weber Avenue and turn rightfeastI, proceed to Center Street and turn left northproceed to <br />Acacia Street and turn left. (west) on Acacia for five blocks and Dameron Hospital is on the right <br />side of the street at 525 West Acacia Street <br />E. CONTINGENCY PLANS AS APPROPRIATE: DESCRIBE CONTINGENCY PLANS FOR <br />EMERGENCIES SUCH AS: FIRES, EMERGENCY CARE, INJURY, PPE, OR OTHER <br />EQUIPMENT FAILURE. INCLUDE EMERGENCY SIGNALS AND EVACUATION ROUTES.
