Please have a representative of Secor <br /> International sign this letter of acceptance as soon as possible and return the original to this office. <br /> You should keep a copy of the acceptance letter for your files. <br /> Please fill out the top portion of the Encroachment Permit, include a verbal description and a sketch <br /> of the proposed work, and sign the bottom of the permit where indicated.
