SUPPLEMENTAL CONDITIONS <br /> FOR ENCROACHMENT PERMIT NO. 67916 <br /> The following are included as part of the conditions for approval of Encroachment Permit no.67916 <br /> 1. One lane shall remain open and accessible to traffic in each direction at all times. <br /> 2. No lane closures prior to 9:00 am and all lanes must be reopened by 4:00 pm. <br /> 3. All intersections shall remain open, and accessible to traffic in each direction at all <br /> times. <br /> 4. All traffic control shall conform to the Caltrans Traffic Control Manual, Including the <br /> use of a lighted arrow board. <br /> 5. Remove all USA markings associated with this work. <br /> 6. At the expense of the permittee, one compaction test, to be analyzed by a certified <br /> independent laboratory, is required every 100 feet of trench per 2 feet of lift, or as <br /> directed by the Public Works inspector. <br /> 7. All trenching, backfill and paving shall conform to City of Stockton Standard <br /> Drawings 50, 50A and 50B. Pavement section shall be equivalent to the existing <br /> depth, but in no case less than 13 inches on Harding Way. <br /> 8. The use of control density backfill material (CDF) is required for all trenches eight(8) <br /> inches or less and shall be restricted to the use of structural controlled density fill per <br /> City of Stockton standard specification 19-3.066. The CDF mix design shall be <br /> submitted to the Public Works Department for review and approval prior to <br /> placement. <br /> Failure to comply with the above conditions shall cause this permit to be immediately revoked. <br /> Revocation notice may be by verbal notification by an authorized representative of the Public Works <br /> Director or by rift correspondence. <br /> GEO R.
