Upon completion of water monitoring, the wells shall be abandoned in accordance <br /> with the requirements of San Joaquin County Public Health Services. <br /> 13. The permittee shall be wholly responsible to adjust all well boxes/vaults to any and <br /> all grade changes that occur in the subject area due to construction, demolition or <br /> any other occurrence. <br /> 14. All wells, well vaults and conduit systems within the City's right-of-way shall be <br /> abandoned following completion of the project. During the abandonment process, <br /> soil samples shall be collect by an independent certified laboratory and tested for <br /> the presence of all applicable constituents as determined by the City of Stockton <br /> including but not limited to those listed in Exhibit A. <br /> 15. The applicant shall register all improvements with Underground Service Alert(USA) <br /> and complete all ticket requests by marking the conduit locations. <br /> 16. The fluid conveyance line and containment line shall both be independently <br /> pressure tested with water. The water pressure test shall be witnessed by a Public <br /> Works Inspector and conducted at 50 psi for a time period of 15 minutes. <br /> 17.
