3 <br /> 4 / <br /> iEC01: " <br /> Ran Kilgore Road Suite 100 <br /> t t IN TFPNA7 FONALRanchoCordova CA 95670 <br /> E R INCOr,FORATM 916-861 0400 TEL <br /> LSI ji• I���- t-iS l }y ` <br /> 916-861-0430 FAX <br /> August 2, 200404 AUG _4 <br /> David Fulwiler(authorized agent of PRB) <br /> 2421 Justamere Court <br /> Cameron Park, CA 95682 <br /> RE Request for Access to Taco Bell Property, 45 Harding Way, Stockton <br /> ARCO 4932 <br /> 16 East Harding Way <br /> Stockton, Ca <br /> Dear Mr Fulwiler <br /> Per my previous letter and our phone conversations, SECOR International Incorporated, on behalf of <br /> Atlantic Richfield Company, is sending this letter to request access to the Taco Bell Property at 45 <br /> Harding Way in Stockton, California Access is being requested to install a remediation compound at <br /> the location shown on Sheet 2, of the attached Ozone Microsparge System design drawings The <br /> system I being installed to facilitate the remediation of hydrocarbon impacted groundwater beneath <br /> Harding Way All work is being completed at the request and approval of the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> The access request requires access to the property for the following <br /> 1 Installation of a remedial compound that will contain an ozone generator, connected to wells <br /> in the sidewalk along the north side of Harding Way via underground piping The compound <br /> will be approximately 10 feet by 10 feet by 6 feet and the compound will be constructed of a <br /> cinder block material painted to match existing decor <br /> 2 Installation of a temporary power pole for the connection of new electrical service to the <br /> remediation compound Atlantic Richfield Company will have its owner electric meter and <br /> account with Pacific Gas and Electric Company <br /> 3 Agreement that Atlantic Richfield Company's remediation contractor will be able to access <br /> the location on a weekly basis for routine maintenance of the equipment <br /> 4 Construction of the remedial compound will be completed in 5-10 business days and will not <br /> affect business at the site <br /> 5 The remedial compound will likely be onsite for approximately three years Upon removal of <br /> the remedial compound and temporary power pole, the location will be restored to pre- <br /> existing conditions <br /> Included in Attachment 1 is the formal access agreement between Atlantic Richfield Company and <br /> PRB Management Please sign each of the three copies and return in the FedEx package provided <br /> One fully executed access agreement will be returned to you after it has been signed by an Atlantic <br /> Richfield Company representative Ozone Microsparge System design drawings are included as <br /> Attachment 2 <br /> r� <br /> E <br />
