kl <br /> S E C ® R <br /> 9 <br /> ]t <br /> Teflon® bailer or an oil-water interface probe Each well will be purged of approximately three casing <br /> volumes of water (or to dryness) using a centrifugal pump, gas displacement pump, or bailer The <br /> equipment and purging method used for the sampling event will be noted on the attached field data �r <br /> sheets During purging, temperature, pH, and electrical conductivity are monitored in order to <br /> document that these parameters were stable prior to collecting samples After purging, groundwater <br /> samples will be collected from each well using a TeflonO bailer, placed into appropriate EPA- <br /> approved containers, labeled, logged onto a chain-of-custody document, and transported on ice to a <br /> California state-certified laboratory <br /> Laboratory Procedures <br /> Selected soil samples will be analyzed for the presence of TPHg, BTEX, and MtBE by EPA Method <br /> 8260B (Single Run) Four samples will be collected from the stockpiled soil and composited at the <br /> laboratory for analysis of TPHg, BTEX, and MtBE by EPA Method 8260B (Single Run), and total lead <br /> by EPA Method 6010B <br /> �J <br /> Groundwater samples will be collected by SECOR following well development, and will be analyzed ° <br /> for the presence of TPHg, BTEX, fuel oxygenates (MtBE, TAME, DIPE, EtBE, TBA, and ethanol), <br /> 1,2-DCA, and EDB using EPA Method 8260B (Single Run) <br /> Soil Cuttings and Purge Water , <br /> Soil cuttings generated during the installation of wells OS-1 through OS-9, MW-11, and MW-12 will <br /> be stockpiled on-site, pending characterization and disposal The stockpiled soil will be removed <br /> from the site by a ConocoPhillips-certified waste disposal contractor and transported to a <br /> Con ocoPh ill ips'-approved disposal facility <br /> Rinsatelpurge water generated during the installation, development, and sampling of the wells will , <br /> either be removed from the site by SECOR and transported to an ARCO waste-water holding tank in <br /> West Sacramento for future disposal coordinated by URS Corporation, or by a ConocoPhillips'- <br /> certified waste hauler to a ConocoPh il lips-app roved waste disposal facility <br /> �s <br /> P <br /> f A� <br /> y1 <br /> *�M1 <br /> rt <br /> k <br /> { <br /> 4 <br />
