SECOR <br /> Intel 1lcthonal Incorporated <br /> r � a <br /> - , o <br /> 4� <br /> Apnl 11, 2001 <br /> Attn Lee Hancock <br /> Halo Management Corp <br /> P O Box 5125 <br /> Stockton, CA 95208 <br /> Re Licensing Agreement/Site Access Request <br /> APN 139-020-03 <br /> 11 E Willow Avenue <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr Hancock <br /> SECOR International, Inc (SECOR), working on behalf of Atlantic Richfield Company, <br /> is conducting an off-site environmental investigation related to the release of gasoline <br /> from ARCO Service Station 4932, located at 16 E Harding Way in Stockton, CA <br /> (Figures 1 and 2) The purpose of this letter is to obtain an agreement to install and <br /> monitor one groundwater monitoring well on your property located at 11 E Willow <br /> Avenue in Stockton, APN 139-020-03 As shown on Figure 2 and on the parcel map <br /> included in Attachment A, the proposed well will be installed in the parking lot north of <br /> the apartment complex The installation of the wells has been required by the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services(SJCPHS), as part of a groundwater investigation <br /> related to the release of gasoline from the ARCO Service Station A copy of the Work <br /> Pian with the stamped approval from SJCPHS has been included as Attachment B Lori <br /> Duncan with SJCPHS can be reached at (209) 468-0337 with any questions regarding the <br /> Work Plan or its approval <br /> Subject to your approval, the well will be placed within the apartment complex parking <br /> lot The well will be constructed using 2-inch diameter PVC casing and secured at <br /> surface grade with a flush mounted traffic rated well box The well will be accessed <br /> quarterly to monitor the depth to groundwater and for the collection of groundwater <br /> samples Installation of the well will take approximately one day and quarterly <br /> groundwater monitoring and sampling at the one well will take approximately 1 hour to <br /> complete SECOR will provide notification of any planned fieldwork and make every <br /> effort to minimize the interference with business operation within the parking lot When <br /> ' no longer needed, the wells will be properly abandoned according to the California well <br /> 3017 Kilgo+e Road Shale !00 Rancho (oretot« lA 95670 916 861 0400 916 tiO o4 jo frit u u u wtor tont <br />
