5.0 ABATEMENT COST ESTIMATES <br /> 5.1 Immediate Abatement Needs <br /> The asbestos-containing materials identified were found to be in generally good condition. <br /> 5.2 Estimate for complete abatement <br /> The following table indicates abatement cost of the asbestos-containing materials <br /> identified at the site. There are many variables that can affect the total abatement cost, <br /> depending on how much of the facility is included in the project at once, or how much of a <br /> material is removed. This cost estimate assumes that the various identified materials will <br /> be removed at the same time and in one phase.
