South Bay Auto Auction Violation Explanation and Correction <br /> 4101 S Airport Way 95206 <br /> Violation. 110 and 113 <br /> We have set up regular pick up for our paper filters and used absorbent.Also we have barrels marked <br /> with the appropriate hazardous material labeling and each barrel for its purpose. From this point <br /> forward and for the past three years we did not generate enough to dispose of until last month <br /> (September). All of the barrels have since been picked up as of October 19th 2018. We no longer have <br /> full capacity anti-freeze and used motor oil waste. All of which I have submitted, documented and <br /> cannot locate any more.You have all the copies enclosed and cannot locate the rest. I have made a <br /> filling disposal system to store all future documents in my office and pdf computer files as well. All the <br /> violations were due to poor management with the seriousness of improper handling. We have since <br /> corrected these issues from this point forward. <br /> VIOLATION 605We have taken action marked all barrels with the corrected labeling per guide line as of <br /> October 23rd 2018 <br /> VIOLATION 608 <br /> 1 have submitted all disposal records to your office and if there were any missing I sent you the sheet of <br /> all waste pick ups from 2014 to current date. From this point forward any future waste pick up receipts <br /> will be stored on file in my office. We also have purchased new containers with lids that are covered and <br /> stored to hazardous waste standards. These containers also include the metal filters by hazardous waste <br /> standards are stored appropriately with lids.This should conclude all requests and statements needed <br /> from South Bay Auto Auction. <br /> Thank you <br /> Frank Scarangello <br /> Building Manager <br />
