The <br /> indicated they would be in contact with you to address the deficiencies you identified during your 6-28-05 <br /> inspection. <br /> In additional to their communication with you, we wanted to make sure we reviewed the status of each <br /> deficiency with you. <br /> #12 <br /> • Mop water contaminated with antifreeze <br /> • All mop containers have been labeled with disposal procedures and schedules <br /> • Sanding waste from Body Shop <br /> • All sanding waste disposed of as hazardous until analysis can be scheduled <br /> • Kip Prahl is assisting in getting us a company to complete analysis <br /> #20 <br /> • 5 gallon bucket of used antifreeze sitting next to antifreeze disposal tank <br /> • 5 gallon bucket of oily waste next to parts washer in truck shop <br /> • All containers&buckets labeled with disposal procedures and schedules <br /> • All miscellaneous non-labeled buckets thrown away <br /> #25 <br /> • Blue manifest copy#23791494 from 3/30/05 not mailed to Department of Toxic Substance Control <br /> • Done <br /> #29 <br /> • Exception reports not filed with DOSC or signed manifest copies not retained by generator, if a signed <br /> manifest copy is not received by the generator from the disposal facility within 45 days <br /> • Done <br /> #32 <br /> • 55 gal drums of used oil&fuel filters improperly labeled <br /> Drums now labeled"Used Oil&Fuel Filters" <br /> #75 <br /> • Universal waste such as fluorescent tubes, alkaline nicad batteries, non-empty aerosol cans must be <br /> stored and disposed of as universal waste.
