Tim, Here are the corrective actions taken for the violations on the February 181
inspection.
Item 4101 Managed a hazardous waste without an identification number.
We received our Cal EPA number as of Feb 250' CAL000414582
Item# 102 Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste or retain waste analysis on
site for three years.
We sent a sample of the floor sweep to FGL environmental for testing and have
received the results that are attached. Floor sweep will managed as hazardous waste and
will be disposed of at an appropriate facility that will be able to provide us with the
proper documentation.
The metal shavings were sent to Safety Kleen for the size determination and the
findings are attached. All of the metal shavings were found to be above the 100 micron
limit and will be managed as non hazardous material so they will be sent to our metal
recycler.
Item# 117 Failed to report program data electronically
After receiving our CAL-EPA number we were able to update CERS
