Any licensed sealed source is exsrpt from such leak tests when the source <br /> c mtainc 100 microcuries or less of beta and/or gamma emitting material or 10 <br /> microcuries or less of alpha emitting material. <br /> 30. The licensee shall conduct a physical inventory every six months to account for <br /> all sealed sources and/or devices received and possessed under the license. <br /> Records of the inventories shall be maintained for inspection, and may be <br /> disposed of following Department inspection. <br /> 31. Rampt for alpha sources, the periodic leak test required by Condition 15 does <br /> not apply to sealed sources that are stored and not being used- The sources <br /> excepted from this test shall be tested for leakage prior to any use or transfer <br /> to another person unless they have been leak tested within six months prior to <br /> the date of use or transfer. <br /> 32. Radioactive materials shall be used by occupational workers in such a mannerart <br /> that the dose limits specified in Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, part <br /> 20, subpart c (Sections 20.1201 through 20.1208) are not exceeded. <br /> 33. The licensee shall rrronnitor occupational exposures to radiation and shall supply <br /> and rrrnrire the use of individual monitoring devices by personnel as required b]' <br /> Title 10, Axle of Federal Regulations, Part 20, Section 20.1502 (a) . <br /> 34. A copy Of this license and a copy of all records and docrmrer" pe'*aining to <br /> this license shall be maintained available for inspection at 1800 North <br /> California Street, Stockton, CA. <br /> 35. Nuclear medicine technology procedures shall be performed by nuclear medicine <br /> technologists pursuant to the California Code of Regulations, Title 17, <br /> Subchapter 4.6. Such procedures shall be performed under the supervision of <br /> individuals listed as authorized users on this license who meet the criteria <br /> specified in Section 30510.
