Notwithstanding the periodic leak test required by Section 3-0275(c) , any <br /> licensed sealed source is exempt from such leak tests when the source contains <br /> 100 microcuries or less of beta and/or gamma emitting material or 10 microcuries <br /> or less of alpha emitting material. <br /> 35. 'Ihe licensee shall conduct a physical inventory every six months to account for <br /> all sealed sources and/or devices received and possessed under the license. <br /> Records of the inventories shall be maintained for inspection, and may be <br /> disposed of following Department inspection. <br /> 36. mtcept for alpha sources, the periodic leak test required by Condition 15 does <br /> not apply to sealed sources that are stored and not being used.
