The facility generates approximately 1208 pounds of RCRA hazardous waste per month. It does not <br /> qualify as a conditionally exempt small quantity universal waste generator(CESQUWG). <br /> Review the list of requirements for universal waste handlers in the UW guidance document. They include documented <br /> annual employee training, disposal record retention, and labeling of containers.
