Manifests, Bills of Lading, LDR's and Exception Reports: Prior to conducting the inspection I reviewed our Manifest database. I did not observe any manifest discrepancies from the database. In reviewing manifests at the facility I observed one manifest (20532578) that did not have a copy of the signature of receipt from the treatment, storage, or disposal facility (TSDF) within the required time frame [see attached Summary of Violation (SOV)l. On December 29, 2000, Advanced Interconnect Technologies (AIT) submitted to DTSC a copy of the TSDF's signature of receipt page for the manifest in question (TSDF received the waste on the same day it was picked up from AIT).
