Box 3000 <br />Sacramento, CA 95812 <br />RE: Manifest # 20532578 Exception Report <br />Dear Sirs <br />This letter is to advise that, Advanced Technology Interconnect Inc., d.b.a. Advanced <br />Interconnect Technologies (AIT), is issuing an Exception Report to Manifest #20532578 <br />On 9/20/00 the transporter, Safety-Kleen, picked up 26 gallons of Petroleum Naptha on <br />Manifest# 20532578. Up until 9/20/00, this material had been collected on a "Milk Run <br />Variance" procedure which did not require a manifest. On 11/28/00 the DTSC <br />conducted a audit of the AIT facility and noticed that the transporter copy had not yet <br />arrived from Safety-Kleen. Lance with Safety-Kleen at (209)545-1011 was immediately <br />notified that a copy had not been received and faxed a copy of the form immediately. <br />He stated that they typically do not handle manifested material at the Salida, CA site <br />and had overlooked sending out the signed copy.
