A joint decision will be made as to what actions to take and who will contact outside authorities. 10.2.2.The expertise of outside specialist is mandatory to deal with this kind of a problem. 10.3. Medical Assistance 10.3.1.Call 9-911 immediately for medical assistance requiring ambulatory service. See Appendix F for a list of possible medical conditions requiring the 9-911 service. After calling 9-911 contact an ERC team member as soon as possible by dialing 9-824-1166 during normal office hours or the on -duty Emergency Coordinator (See Appendix A) during off hours to report the injury. 10.3.1.1. Ambulatory patients with minor injuries should be taken to the Emergency Room at Doctors Hospital in Manteca. 10.3.1.2. For more serious injuries, medical assistance personnel may decide to take the injured person(s) to a different facility for proper treatment. 10.3.2.Call 9-824-1166 immediately to report any on-the-job injuries not requiring immediate medical assistance, an AIT employee should accompany any/all personnel to either HEALTHSOUTH Medical Clinic in Stockton (for non emergency room medical attention) or Doctors Hospital in Manteca (for emergency room medical attention) to provide medical assistance, information pertinent to the employees injury, and circumstances related to the injury. See Appendix F for contact information and driving instructions. 10.4. Area Flooding 10.4.1.ln the event of the threat of flooding, the ERC and Staff Personnel will evaluate the situation and, if necessary, initiate shutdown of equipment and evacuation of personnel. 10.4.2.If necessary, the ERC will direct personnel to empty the process tanks and neutralize the treatment chemicals in the wastewater treatment unit.
