The <br />ERC will evacuate the area and advise Management of the threat. <br />A joint decision will be made as to what actions to take and who will <br />contact outside authorities. <br />10.2.2.The expertise of outside specialist is mandatory to deal with this <br />kind of a problem. <br />10.3. Medical Assistance <br />10.3.1.Call 9-911 immediately for medical assistance requiring ambulatory <br />service. See Appendix F for a list of possible medical conditions <br />requiring the 9-911 service. After calling 9-911 contact an ERC <br />team member as soon as possible by dialing 9-824-1166 during <br />normal office hours or the on -duty Emergency Coordinator (See <br />Appendix A) during off hours to report the injury. <br />10.3.1.1. Ambulatory patients with minor injuries should be taken <br />to the Emergency Room at Doctors Hospital in Manteca. <br />10.3.1.2. For more serious injuries, medical assistance personnel <br />may decide to take the injured person(s) to a different <br />facility for proper treatment. <br />10.3.2.Call 9-824-1166 immediately to report any on-the-job injuries not <br />requiring immediate medical assistance, an AIT employee should <br />accompany any/all personnel to either HEALTHSOUTH Medical <br />Clinic in Stockton (for non emergency room medical attention) or <br />Doctors Hospital in Manteca (for emergency room medical <br />attention) to provide medical assistance, information pertinent to <br />the employees injury, and circumstances related to the injury. See <br />Appendix F for contact information and driving instructions. <br />10.4. Area Flooding <br />10.4.1.ln the event of the threat of flooding, the ERC and Staff Personnel <br />will evaluate the situation and, if necessary, initiate shutdown of <br />equipment and evacuation of personnel. <br />10.4.2.If necessary, the ERC will direct personnel to empty the process <br />tanks and neutralize the treatment chemicals in the wastewater <br />treatment unit. <br />
