All others must obtain a State ID number. Go to the DTSC web <br /> site http://www.dtsc.ca.gov/IDManifest/PERMHWID.cfm for the form to apply for an ID number. Waste water generated from the plant can <br /> either go into a 1000 gallon acid waste tank, a 1000 gallon alkaline waste tank, or directly into the neutralization 0 <br /> system. Liquid from the dipping tanks can enter the secondary containment.
