Weber St., Third Floor <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Attn: Kasey Foley <br /> Please find below a summary of the actions taken by Tyco Printed Circuit Group, Stockton, <br /> Main Site to correct the violations noted during the inspection of February 17, 1999. <br /> Hazardous Waste Inspection <br /> 5-gallon green bucket with incomplete label and no lid <br /> * The contents of the bucket were properly disposed of and bucket rinsed. <br /> 5-gallon bucket with loose lid behind OL Etcher <br /> * The tube leading to the bucket from the etcher vent was routed into the etcher to return <br /> the condensate to the process. <br /> Several incomplete HW labels. <br /> * The labels were all corrected. <br /> Waste oil container with bung removed. <br /> * The bung was replaced immediately. <br /> OL etcher has etch crystals that need to be kept cleaned and maintained <br /> * a memo was written to the production manager requesting that the etcher be cleaned <br /> regularly. <br /> Contingency Plan needs emergency coordinator identified <br /> * The plan was revised. <br /> Contingency Plan needs to be complied with by having report filed regarding 9/21/98 <br /> release <br /> * A report on the incident was submitted to DTSC. <br /> 1950 W.
