RESPONDENT S CURRENT ACTIVITIES REQUIRING AUTHORIZATION <br /> 6. 1. Unauthorized Non-eligible Permit By Rule (PBR) <br /> Activities. The Respondent's current unauthorized activity is <br /> treatment of electroplating wastewater containing metals and <br /> cyanide by adding sodium hypochlorite to destroy the cyanide. <br /> 6.2 . Authorized Activities. The Respondent's current <br /> authorized activities under PBR is treatment of aqueous waste with <br /> metals by pH adjustment/neutralization, precipitation, gravity <br /> settling, absorption, and filtration. The Respondent's current <br /> activity under Conditionally Exempt - Specified Wastestream is <br /> treatment of spent silver fix by electrolytic recovery. <br /> SCHEDULE FOR COMPLIANCE <br /> 7 . Respondent shall comply with the following: <br /> 7 . 1. Respondent shall comply with all applicable <br /> requirements for the activities described in Paragraph 6. 2 . <br /> 7 . 2 . Respondent may continue operating activities described <br /> in Paragraph 6. 1 to the extent authorized under this Order. <br /> Respondent shall limit activities to those detailed in the <br /> attached Part A permit application. The attached Part A permit <br /> application is not a permit, is not approved by the Department, <br /> and serves only to describe the activities authorized by.this <br /> Order. <br /> 7 .2 . 1.
