66265. 193 (c) , (d) (1 - 3) and (e) for the entire tank system by <br /> January 1, 1998, or shall close the tank system in accordance with <br /> applicable regulatory requirements by January 1, 1998 . <br /> 7 .2 . 18.4 . Respondent shall conduct an integrity assessment <br /> of those portions of the tank system not meeting the secondary <br /> containment requirements of 22 Cal. Code Regs. , section 66265. 191 <br /> annually from the date of the integrity assessment conducted <br /> pursuant to Paragraph 7 .2.18. 1 until the entire tank system meets <br /> applicable regulatory requirements. <br /> 7.2 . 18 . 5. Notwithstanding the above, Respondent agrees to <br /> comply with applicable regulations specifying alternatives to the <br /> secondary containment requirements currently in 22 Cal. Code <br /> Regs. , section 66265. 193 , if adopted by the Department. <br /> 7 . 2 . 19. Management of Wastes in Containers. Respondent <br /> shall comply with 22 Cal. Code Regs. , Chapter 14 , Article 9, for <br /> the management of hazardous waste in containers beginning the day <br /> after the effective date of this Order. Within 6 months of the <br /> effective date of this Order, Respondent shall: (a) conduct all <br /> transfer, treatment, and storage of hazardous waste in containers <br /> in a containment system designed and operated in accordance with <br /> 22 Cal. Code Regs. , section 66264. 175 (b) ; (b) maintain, -on-site <br /> and available for inspection, a written statement signed by an <br /> independent, qualified professional engineer, registered in <br /> California, that indicates that the containment system is suitably <br /> designed to achieve the requirements of 22 Cal.
