The truck maintenance shop is located in the northeast area of the facility. An <br /> oil/sand separator with a 2,000 gallon aboveground water storage tank is not being <br /> used. Waste oil is accumulated in drums. Mr. Granneman did not know the <br /> amount of waste oil generated since Ed Ware keeps disposal/recycling receipts and <br /> he was on vacation. Mr. Granneman did have receipts for October 15, 1991 from <br /> a Refinery Service waste oil pickup. <br /> VII. VIOLATIONS: <br /> Violations during the June 10, 1992 inspection are noted as follows: <br /> 1. Hazardous waste management training records for personnel were not on <br /> file. <br /> 2. The contingency plan did not contain an agreement or contract with an <br /> emergency response contractor to remediate any on site cleanup needs. <br /> 3. Land Ban certificates were not attached to four manifests from 1990. <br /> 4. Records for waste oil, used oil filters, and safety clean solvents were not <br /> available for inspection. <br /> 5. One drum of methylene chloride waste was not closed. <br /> 6. No decontamination equipment was available in the site maintenance shop. <br /> 7. Two 55 gallon drums were not labeled in the designated hazardous waste <br /> storage area. <br /> 8. Four 55 gallon drums were not labeled in the truck maintenance shop. <br /> 9. Four 55 gallon drums in the truck maintenance shop were not closed. <br /> 10. Four 55 gallon drums in the hazardous waste storage area and four 55 gallon <br /> drums in the truck maintenance shop did not have accumulation start dates <br /> indicated on the drum. <br /> 11. On half (cut) drum storing paint waste behind the truck maintenance shop <br /> was not labeled properly. <br /> 12. On half (cut) drum storing paint waste behind the truck maintenance shop <br /> was not closed. <br /> 3 <br />
