LL11 <br /> Lathrop, CA. 95330 <br /> REPORT OF VIOLATION AND SCHEDULE OF CORRECTION <br /> On August 30, 1989, the Public Health Services, Environmental <br /> Health Division, conducted an inspection of E.R. Carpenter Company, <br /> located at 17100 S. Harlan Rd. , Lathrop. <br /> As a result of that inspection, violations of the Hazardous Waste <br /> Statues and/or Regulations, were identified. Specific violations <br /> and required actions are listed below. Failure to correct the <br /> identified violations within the schedule provided will result in <br /> Public Health Services (PHS) - Environmental Health Division citing <br /> you for continuing/additional violations. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br /> 1. Section 25160, Division 20, California Health and Safety <br /> Code: Failure of E.R. Carpenter Company to submit <br /> designated copies of hazardous waste manifest to DHS <br /> evidenced by: <br /> a) . Both copies of Hazardous Waste Manifests were found <br /> stapled together. The DHS designated copy of <br /> manifests had not been properly forwarded. <br /> 2 . Section 66492 , Title 22 , California Code of Regulations: <br /> a) . Waste oil (approximately 400 gallons per year) had <br /> been transported from site without proper <br /> documentation (hazardous waste manifests) and <br /> record keeping. <br /> II . SCHEDULE OF CORRECTION: <br /> Violation # 1 and Violation # 2 . Effective immediately, E.R. <br /> Carpenter Company shall properly mail designated Hazardous Waste <br /> Manifests to DHS and shall keep and maintain manifests and other <br /> records documenting transport of all waste oil from this site. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 0 <br />
