HARLAN ROAD, LATHROP <br /> PERMIT NOS . 141137, 142094, 142416, 142417, 142456, <br /> 143718 <br /> This Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is issued with the <br /> understanding that all of the following conditions are to be <br /> complied with: <br /> 1 . The appropriate plans for the loop splitter and all <br /> other structures over 8' in height shall be submitted <br /> by February 14, 1986. <br /> 2 . The office presently under construction within <br /> the northwest corner shall not be occupied until <br /> completed and is not included in this Temporary <br /> Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> 3 . A limited amount of material storage used in the <br /> training process will be permitted as approved by the <br /> Manteca-Lathrop Fire Chief. <br /> 4. The main product line shall not be operational until <br /> the sprinkler system is finaled by the San Joaquin <br /> County Building Division and the Manteca-Lathrop Fire <br /> District. <br /> 5 . Rail car delivery is prohibited. <br /> 6. Flammable or combustible liquid storage is prohibited. <br /> 7 .
