Harlan Rd. , Lathrop, CA <br /> A permit application has been received and issued for a water well to be used <br /> for fire protection. Since this facility is supplied with public water from the <br /> Lathrop Community Water System, this permit was conditioned with the following <br /> comments regarding back-flow protection between the fire storage tank and the <br /> public water system. . <br /> 1. Install a back-flow prevention device between the fire storage tank <br /> and the well . <br /> 2. There can be no physical connections between the fire protection system <br /> and the internal plant system supplied by community water. <br /> 3.
