The satellite <br /> accumulation area was right next to the hazardous waste storage area. <br /> The initial accumulation point must be at or near the area where the waste is <br /> generated and must be under the control of the operator of the process <br /> generating the waste. <br /> Immediately ensure all satellite accumulation areas are at or near where the <br /> waste is generated and under the control of the operator of the process <br /> generating the hazardous waste. <br /> 19) CCR 66262.34(e) (1) (B) Satellite Accumulation: Stored HW onsite longer <br /> than one year: <br /> At time of inspection 1-55 gallon drum of Used Filters had a start date of 2-27- <br /> 3 <br />
