Photograph 23: <br /> YFy <br /> Photograph 24: <br /> • Housekeeping and organization of outside product/empty container storage areas is <br /> poor. <br /> RESPONSE: At the time of U.S. EPA's inspection, the facility was in the process of <br /> reorganizing the facility, and the observed area had been designated as a gathering location for <br /> various materials. The condition was temporary, as the facility simply had not finished the <br /> reorganization and thus had not yet completed housekeeping of this area. Since the inspection, <br /> the area was cleaned and organized. Debris was removed, steel piping and drums were sent to a <br /> recycle facility, and numerous signs were added to keep products separated. Broken bottles and <br /> cases are now stored in trailers (see Photographs 23 and 24, above) until they are shipped to the <br /> recycle facility.A photograph of the area is below.
