To: San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> Corrections on violations received on inspection date 6-23-11 <br /> Advanced Industrial Coatings 950 Industrial Dr. Stockton Ca. 95206 <br /> # 20 The 55 gallon steel hazardous waste drum had the hazardous <br /> waste label filled out and placed on the drum when inspector was <br /> present at the time of inspection. When drum is picked up for disposal <br /> the hazardous waste tag will be placed on the new drum with the date <br /> and all information needed written on it. <br /> #79 The used fluorescent 8 ft. blubs have been taken out of plastic <br /> container and placed into a 8ft. cardboard box with the box tagged <br /> Universal Waste 8ft used fluorescent bulbs. There is also a cardboard <br /> box tagged Universal Waste 4ft also. All blubs have been dated and will <br /> be taken to the hazardous waste facility within the year deadline. All <br /> documents from that facility will be kept in our hazardous waste pick <br /> folder. <br /> #7 The water & chemical stripper has had a 1 gallon sample taken to <br /> Precision Enviro-Tech for analysis on 7-1-11. The analysis taken has <br /> been faxed to us on 7-13-11 and has come back as a hazardous waste. <br /> AIC will be putting the waste water & chemical stripper into a poly <br /> drum and a hazardous waste tag placed on the poly drum with the <br /> correct information. I have sent you a copy form the Enviro-Tech <br /> results. <br /> #7 AIC is now putting the paint rags into open head steel drums with <br /> the tag on the drum reading Universal waste absorbent & shop rags <br /> with the date. There is one drum in the chemical room & a drum in the <br /> batch area. AIC had a meeting to show all employees involved to place <br />
