Kelly St. <br /> Lodi, CA 95240 <br /> RE: REPORT OF VIOLATIONS AND SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS <br /> On April 27, 1992, Public Health Services-Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) <br /> conducted an inspection of Lodi Metal Tech., Inc., located at 213 S. Kelly Street in Lodi. <br /> As a result of that inspection, violations of the hazardous waste status and/or regulations <br /> were identified. Specific violations and required corrective action are listed below. Failure <br />! to correct the identified violations within the schedule period will result in PHS-EHD citing <br /> you for continuing/additional violations. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br /> 1. Title 22, California Code of Regulations (CCR) Section 66262.34 (f): <br /> At the time of the April 27, 1992 inspection, LMT had stored air dry room <br /> floor sweepings in an unlabeled 55 gal. drum. <br /> 2. Title 22, CCR, Section 66265.173: <br /> At the time of inspection, LMT had stored air dry room floor sweepings in <br /> an open 55 gal. drum. <br /> 3. Title 22, CCR, Section 66261.20 et. seq: <br /> At the time of inspection, LMT had not completely characterized it's air dry <br /> paint room sweepings waste. Sample results from April 29, 1992 inspection <br /> show air dry paint room sweepings contain hazardous amounts of lead <br /> (2200 Mg/Kg) and cadmium (416 Mg/Kg). <br /> 1 <br /> .A Division of San Joaquin Counry Health Care�en+ces C <br />
