Kelly, Lodi, CA <br /> Complaint: Laboratory sweeping sample test results from air dry shed floor contained a <br /> hazardous concentration of lead at 2200 ppm. Laboratory sweeping sample results are <br /> enclosed. <br /> Remarks: Lead contained in paint dust sweepings could be hazardous to employee <br /> health.
