Mr. Dalton Bietz -4- <br /> (4) Records that document that the training or job experience <br /> required under subsections (a) , (b) and (c) of this section <br /> has been given to, and completed by, facility personnel. <br /> The facility does not have any training records. <br /> Violation #5, Section 67140 (a) California Administrative Code. <br /> (a) Each owner or operator of a hazardous waste facility shall <br /> have a contingency plan for his facility. The contingency <br /> plan shall be designed to minimize hazards to human health <br /> or the environment from fires, explosions or any unplanned <br /> sudden or nonsudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br /> waste constituents to air, soil or surface water. <br /> The facility does not have a Contingency Plan. <br /> II. Schedule for Correction <br /> Violations 2 and 3 shall be corrected immediately. <br /> Violations 1, 4 , and 5 shall be corrected by November 30, 1986. <br /> Please send written certification, which contains the sample <br /> certification statement indicated on the enclosed sheet, to this <br /> office as soon as the above corrections have been completed. <br /> The Department will conduct a re-inspection of Lodi Metal Tech <br /> Corp to verify compliance. <br /> The issuance of this Notice of Violation and Schedule for <br /> Compliance does not preclude DHS from taking administrative, <br /> civil, or criminal action as a result of the violations noted <br /> herein. <br />
