Item 105-All employees have been trained to completely empty any aerosol can �P <br /> prior to disposal. Safety Kleen is the waste hauler and is bringing a waste drum ;Ir P <br /> to the facility for proper disposal. A <br /> 2. Item 115- A signed copy of the manifest is attached and a copy is in our EH&S <br /> files <br /> 3. Item 301 —In the fabrication shop the oily debris has been removed and the <br /> employees in that shop have been trained to clean up any spill immediately and <br /> to transfer the waste to the appropriate waste drums in the waste shed. <br /> 4. Item 403—Employees have been trained to keep the hazardous waste containers e- V) ��� <br /> closed unless waste is beingadded to drum U,74;;,� I e <br /> 5. Item 601—Heartland adhering to CCR 66262.34 that the Lodi facility is a small a <br /> generator due to the amount of waste hauled off site. The facility generates less �� 9� diY'� <br /> than 26,400 lbs. per year. Heartland has decided to have their waste hauled off <br /> f � c <br /> prior to the 180 days allowed. Attached are the totals from our waste hauler. We � �Lopc. t <br /> will continue to have our waste hauled off early. 1 <br /> 6. Item 605—Employees that manage Hazardous waste have been trained to attach <br /> proper labels to the waste. Heartland has contacted our waste hauler and <br /> informed them that some of our waste labels do not have all the required <br /> markings on them; the waste hauler is correcting those labels. <br /> 7. Item 608—Employees that manage used filters have been trained on the limit of <br /> retaining that waste on site. Safety Kleen is removing the used filters and oil on <br /> Monday April 20 th,a copy of the bill of lading will follow this letter.
