All containers/drums containing hazardous waste materials have been so labeled <br /> according to state regulations. <br /> 2. All universal waste items have been identified and so labeled. A log book and file <br /> for receipts for universal waste disposal is to be kept. <br /> 3. Specific individuals have been assigned the responsibility of identifying and <br /> labeling waste items. <br /> 4. Used oil filters have been drained into hazardous waste containers and have been <br /> labeled as "drained used oil filters". <br /> 5. All containers of hazardous waste have been covered. <br /> 6. Emergency coordinators have been appointed and "Hazardous Waste Emergency <br /> Information"has been posted in each building near a telephone. <br /> I believe that we have complied with your requests and we will endeavor improve our <br /> waste handling practices in the future. I have enclosed copies of the required information <br /> that is posted on site.
