The Violation Checklist of findings was left onsite with Anthony <br /> Guzman on November 22, 2013. The full inspection report was completed on December 2, 2013. <br /> Class II Violations: (108, 122, 123, 124, 125, 605, 610) <br /> 108. Paint containers, which are not completely empty, are being thrown into the onsite metal collection <br /> bin designated for recycling, without first determining their hazardous properties. Any person who <br /> generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately stop recycling paint <br /> containers which contain pourable amounts of paint, make a hazardous waste determination, and <br /> manage them according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting <br /> documentation explaining how this waste was and will be managed by January 2, 2014. <br /> 122 & 125. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for the month of August 2013 were not found on <br /> site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility <br /> and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years, and have them <br /> readily available for review.
