• • <br /> JB HUNT TRANSPORTATION <br /> Position Description <br /> Functional Title: Trailer Utility <br /> Exempt (Y/N): No Department: Maintenance <br /> Date: February, 2005 Reports To: Foreman <br /> SUMMARY <br /> The incumbent is responsible to repair all aspects of a trailer to ensure its safe travel on roads. <br /> ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. <br /> 1. Perform roof patching, door replacement, tire replacement, brake replacement and wheel seal <br /> replacement. <br /> 2. Perform federal inspections. <br /> 3. Repair wreck damage. <br /> 4. Perform side panel and tandem replacements. <br /> 5. Troubleshoot air systems, abs and electrical. <br /> 6. Attend safety meetings. <br /> 7. Maintain work area in a clean and organized manner. <br /> 8.
