HUNT !; <br /> RECEIVED <br /> APR 18 2011 <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS /S <br /> April 14, 2011 <br /> The following corrective actions have been taken to address the violations <br /> indicated on the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act Program Inspection Report, inspection date <br /> March 15, 2011. <br /> Violation 24: Contacts list is provided in Appendix E. <br /> Violation 31: SPCC Plan reflects the inspection procedures currently <br /> followed at the facility. <br /> Violation 33: The SPCC Plan discusses security lighting in section 2.4. <br /> Violation 50: Liquid level gauges have been inspected as described in <br /> section 2.3.2. Records of this inspection are recorded in Appendix I. <br /> An updated SPCC Plan is submitted. <br /> The following corrective actions have been taken to address the violations <br /> indicated on the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> Hazardous Waste Program Inspection Report, inspection date March 15, 2011. <br /> Violation 32: A tank assessment was made for the used oil tank. <br /> A Tank Assessment Report is submitted. <br /> Violation 45: A Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan to accompany the existing <br /> Materials and Wastes Handling / Emergency Response Plan. <br /> A Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan is submitted. The Materials and Wastes <br /> Handling / Emergency Response Plan is submitted. <br /> Violation 49: Signed rosters and printed computer copies submitted <br /> Violation 60, 61 & 62: copies for were E-mailed to Stacy Rivera from Douglas <br /> Dutra (Parts manager) on 03/16/2011. Copies are also included in folder with <br /> Return to compliance certification. <br />
