0 i <br />The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br />addressed for USF REDDAWAY as of May 18, 2015. <br />Open violations from March 04, 2015 inspection <br />Violation #116- Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br />An inspection was last done on October 9, 2014 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be <br />submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by November 9, 2014. <br />This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. The following violation ha <br />not been fully addressed: <br />- CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste <br />The missing information includes: <br />- A uniform hazardous waste manifest for oily solids, with a disposal date on or after 10/9/14 <br />An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a <br />statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a <br />written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an <br />inspection report. <br />Open violations from October 09, 2014 inspection <br />Violation #605 - Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br />A drum of product motor oil and a drum of product antifreeze are stored in the hazardous materials shed. Both drurr <br />were observed with liquid accumulated in the top of the drum, and staining from liquid down the sides. Oily liquid wa: <br />observed in the secondary containment for the drums and on the floor of the shed. The liquid and the contaminated <br />absorbents and other solids were unlabeled. All hazardous waste shall be in properly labeled containers, marked wit <br />the following information: <br />- the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />- name and address of generator <br />- hazardous properties (ignitable, corrosive, reactive, toxic) <br />- physical state (liquid, solid) <br />- composition (contents) <br />- accumulation start date <br />Immediately place these wastes in properly labeled containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the <br />required information. Since it cannot be determined how long this waste has been on site, immediately contact a <br />licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the <br />EHD.
