Manifest numbers 014813367JJK from 1/5/16, 015911308JJK from 2/14/16 and 017154234JJK from 6/22/2017.were found without a signed off copy from the destination facility. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the destination facility on site for three years and have them readily available for review. If the generator did not receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten signature of the owner or operator of the facility to which the generator's waste was submitted within 60 days of the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter, the generator shall submit a legible copy of the missing manifest, with some indication that the generator has not received confirmation of delivery. This information shall be submitted to: DTSC Report Repository Generator Information Services Section P.O. Box 806 Sacramento, CA 95812-0806 Immediately locate a copy of the missing manifests or prepare and submit the required information to DTSC. Submit to the EHD a copy of the signed off copy of the manifest or a copy of the information submitted to DTSC. This is a Class II violation. 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data electronically. On the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) under the business activity section, the EPA ID listed is CAL000414526 however under the correct EPA ID for the site is CAL000414562. Update the correct information into CERS within 30 days. This is a Class II violation. 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous waste. A 55 gallon black steel drum containing antifreeze was found open at time of inspection. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. This is a minor violation. 602 CCR 66262.34(e)(1)(B) Stored satellite accumulated waste on site longer than one year or 180 days after fill date. A 55 gallon black steel drum containing oily solids was found on site with the starting accumulation date of 2/9/2017. Satellite container with hazardous waste can be stored up to one year. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. This is a Class II violation.
