Stockton <br /> Scavengers vacuumed all oil from the water, and placed it into the used oil tank. <br /> The water was then released through the sand water separator, to comply with title <br /> 22 hazardous waste regulations. <br /> #20 The following hazardous waste containers were properly labeled,with the words <br /> "HAZARDOUS WASTE, facility name and address, accumulation start date, <br /> physical state,hazardous properties and contents. <br /> 1. Used oil containers in pit. <br /> 2. Used absorbent container. <br /> 3. Used oil filters were in scripted with"Drained Used Oil Filters" <br /> #21 The used oil filters and antifreeze containers within the pit were fitted with lids to <br /> keep the waste properly contained. <br /> #28 &# 29 The two manifests in question numbered 22325837 and 21969744 were <br /> both received in the mail the day of the inspection.
