The load began. to smolder and our <br /> employes drove the short distance to our pard where he ejected <br /> the load . 6y this time the load had caught fire and our staff <br /> called the fire department as a precautionary measure , <br /> When the fire department arrived, we unformed them Of the loads <br /> origin . They assisted ug in containing the fire and determined <br /> the substance to be calcium oxide . 1 called your office and was <br /> informed that you could not be reached. <br /> As a follow up, I called your office on thn date of this, latter <br /> to make sure that you were aware th&t we will not resumsarvice <br /> on your trash container until we can be assured that you have an <br /> alternate means of disposal for youlr Calcium oxide.
