Specific violations and required corrective actions are listed <br /> below. Failure to correct these violations within the schedule period provided will result <br /> in San Joaquin County Public Health Services citing you for continuing/additional <br /> violations. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br /> 1. Section 66262.34 (a), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: One <br /> drum of hazardous waste labeled as resin compound pigments had been stored on <br /> site for more than 90 days. <br /> 2. Section 66262.34 (a), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: Two <br /> drums of waste oil had been stored on site for more than 90 days. <br /> 3. Section 66262.34 (f)(3), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: <br /> Two drums of waste oil did not have labels. <br /> 4. Section 66262.34 (f) (1), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: <br /> Six overpack drums containing hazardous waste did not have accumulation dates. <br /> 5. Section 66268.7 (a) (6), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: A <br /> land disposal restriction notification form could not be found for Hazardous Waste <br /> Manifest #89894738. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin Counry Hcalth Care Serviccs <br />
