VIOLATIONS: <br /> At the time of inspection, the following violations were <br /> noted: <br /> A. Flammable Storage Building: <br /> 1. One drum of hazardous waste labeled as resin <br /> compound pigments had an accumulation date that <br /> exceeded the 90 day storage period. <br /> 2 . Six overpack drums containing hazardous waste did <br /> not have accumulation dates identified on the <br /> label. <br /> 3 . Two drums of waste oil did not have labels. <br /> B. Building #5 (enamel coating lines) <br /> 4 . One drum of waste oil/water had an accumulation <br /> date that exceeded the 90 day storage period. <br /> C. Building #1 (machine shop) <br /> 5. One drum of waste oil/water had an accumulation <br /> date that exceeded the 90 day storage period. <br /> D. Record Keeping <br /> 6.
